My Actifit Report Card: May 8 2022

My activity count for the day was 10,171. I have set a target of 10k steps everyday for the month of May. Starting June I will increase it to 11k.

Today my activities included daily activities and walking. I went to the market to buy some medicine for my parents and other household stuff.

Rest of the time I was busy with my curation accounts. I have created a new curation account for CTP. It is not yet live because I have to fund it first. There are very few CTP's there.

Keep exercising and stay fit.

It is good you are making the effort to take the 1ok steps, then increase to 11k after a while. I need to burn up some fat too and present my Actifit report card soon.
