Second day with Wendy and the diet: February 6 2022
The first day of eating not more than 100g of protein-rich food per meal (but with meals every 60-90 min) went pretty spectacularly, I shed more than 1kg. But of course the beginning is always easy.
We progressed a little bit with Wendy. We went outside despite the rain and the cold. My wife was a bit more severe than me and we manage to trick her into running a bit with us. She came home totally wet and we hope she'll be tired enough not to need to wake us up during the night to play.
