It rained for most of the day so Wendy stayed mostly inside. I took a morning walk to the city centre with business, among which declaring Wendy at the town hall (mandatory). It's a ~2.5km walk to the "Bierger Center" (the administrative building). I did the return trip half by tram. The only picture I took illustrate the bleak weather
