News from my diet: March 13 2022

Although I haven't used Actifit in a while, I kept the diet started 5 weeks ago. Until now, I lost 7 kg (from 104 to 97) and I feel relatively ok, no big cravings.

Physical effort was not regular because of all the daily constraints and chores. Yesterday I took a long walk but didn't think about launching Actifit. Today I took another walk and this time I had Actifit running. I didn't reach 10000 steps (on Actifit) but still.

However I wanted to take a picture to embellish my report but the lighting was bad when I tried and afterwards I forgot.
So I'll simply illustrate with a cute picture of my dog, Wendy, who has accompanied me (and.my wife) during today's stroll.
