My Actifit Report Card: June 1 2022

Hi Everyone,

I believe today is the first day of summer if you are living in the Northern Hemisphere. Here, it has got off to a chilly start of around 10 Degrees Celsius. It is hard to know what to expect as seasons can vary from one year to the next. We have been lucky over the past year with the weather. Last year's summer was one of the best in recorded history. We had many days in the 20s and several even as warm 30 degrees. The winter was mild as well. Most nights we didn't even get frost. Would be great if the decent weather continues into this summer.

Times are difficult for a lot of people. We have a global health crisis, a global cost of living crisis, a global energy crisis, and possibly a global food crisis. In many ways, life has become a lot tougher than it has been in decades. How well we get through these times will depend on how well we have prepared ourselves and how well we are able to adapt to different circumstances. I tend to be cautious. I like to keep money, crypto, and assets in reserve just in case things become difficult. This also helps relieve stress. Seeing an emptying bank account as the bills mount up gives a very worrying and stressful feeling. However bad things get, there is normally some course of action that can be taken. It could mean you will have to endure a bit of pain for sometime before things improve.

I have posted twice since my previous Actifit Report and Update. In my first post, I discuss 'The Establishment'. This has become a very important topic, which requires everyone's attention. Very few people took the idea of 'The Establishment' seriously until recent years. Actions by Governments have become so extreme as well as coordinated, the idea of 'The Establishment' has gone from conspiracy theory to probably true for many people. I believe the evidence overwhelmingly supports the theory that some form of establishment exists. In the post, I discuss how 'The Establishment' has been able to manipulate the people so effectively and for so long. The post breaks 'The Establishment' into 5 key groups. These are Religion, Government, Big Business, Media, and Banks. They work together to control people within countries as well as across countries with the help of international organisations.

In my second post, I announced the results of the Buying and Selling Game. Seven people entered, which was a good response. Initially, I was worried as only two people entered but five reasonably late entries gave it a boost. Posting on Twiiter helped bring a few more people in. @fatherfaith won the contest. I think that is his fourth win and third straight win in a row. The other participants need to up their game if they are to top him. The results indicate that there are a few options that could reap higher profits. I strongly recommend that participants read the tips provided at the end of each results post.

That wraps up this Actifit Report and Update. I wish everyone a great week and a great start to the summer. This is a challenging time for many. Solutions can be hard to find but don't give in. There are always options.
