My Actifit Report Card and Update: December 5 2025

Hi Everyone,

I’m back with another Actifit Report and Update. I’ve had a busy few days. This time I’ve been physically active rather than active writing. I went on a three-day holiday with my sister to a theme park in Germany called Phantasialand.

I have been to several theme parks, such as Movie World, DreamWorld (Australia), Pleasure Beach (UK), Disneyland Paris, and Universal Studios (Singapore). All of them are good in different ways. Phantasialand is a great park for thrill seekers. They have amazing rollercoasters such as Taron, Black Mamba, FLY, Winjas, Colorado Adventure, and Crazy Bats, and several water rides that open in the warmer months. They also have a spinning ride, Talocan, and a drop tower ride. I avoid these, as they give me a weird, uneasy feeling.

Overall, I enjoy the thrill rides. The first ride I went on was the FLY. This is a unique coaster where you dangle below, and you feel like you’re flying. I felt so weird the first time I tried it. I was literally staggering off the ride.

The second time I tried, it was at night on the second day. This time I was mentally more prepared, and I didn’t experience the weird feeling afterwards. The great thing for us was that we had fast passes for the FLY with our park accommodation.

We stayed at the Hotel Charles Lindbergh. This is a new and highly themed hotel. Our rooms were designed like little cabins. We also had breakfast and dinner included in our stay.

The food was excellent. Plenty of delicious vegan options for both meals. I had vegan ham and pancakes for breakfast. I had two different types of plant-based burgers for dinner.

During the day, we had snacks in the park. We had churros on day one, banana crepes on day two, and udon noodles on day three.

Besides the thrill rides, there was still plenty to do. There were several less intense rides for the children and less adventurous adults. These included teacup and carousel rides and slower coasters. One very enjoyable ride was the Maus au Chocolat. This involved shooting simulated chocolate at naughty animated mice.

There were also several different shows. Some of them were theatre shows, and others were outdoor shows that included fireworks or lights. We managed to see all the shows. The performers are incredibly talented. There was also a new 4D show about mice and rats, which was very good.

Altogether we had a really good time. We were also lucky that the weather was good for December. It wasn’t raining or windy. Nothing needed to be closed because of the weather. It was still quite cold, and the air would sting my face on some of the faster rides. It’s all part of the experience.

I have only posted once since my previous update. This was my Sapien Loop Quiz. This quiz, like the previous quiz, was focused on my new short stories. There are still two or three days left to enter. The prize for this quiz is 30 Hive Power. The first twelve to enter will receive a 50% upvote. This is my final Sapien Loop Quiz for the year. It’ll return in January next year. Later this month, I’ll be running a Christmas contest. It should be fun.

That wraps up this Actifit Report and Update. I’ll be back again before Christmas. I need to get back to writing my final Sapien Loop book. I’ve just started writing part 2. I still have a long way to go, but I’m on track for an early third quarter of 2026 finish.

I wish everyone a great weekend and an awesome week ahead.

This sounds like great fun.
I love theme parks and I have been to Disneyland in California, USA and Disneyworl, Orlando, FLorida, USA, and Disneyland Tokyo. I love to combine visiting theme parks with foreign travel.
I am not good with rollercoasters, so I admire you for enjoying them. I like rides but rollarcoasters give me a uneasy feeling, so I avoid them. But despite this I love to watch them in action and marvel at the way people enjoy the ride.
Good Luck with your travels to theme parks throughout the world!
