Do you really think they know what they are doing?
I think it depends on who you mean by 'they'. I think there is considerable compartmentalisation in the world, where people really only see their own smaller picture and are completely unaware of the bigger picture. The people we call leaders are not really leaders. They are serving the interests of others. They are manipulated through greed and corruption. The Epstein files are just a small glimpse into that world.
The actions of these leaders could easily lead to their own downfall, but that doesn't matter because someone else can replace them. The real leaders. The ones that control enormous amounts of wealth through mega-corporations and the banking system rarely change based on the actions of their puppets.
Wars, unless managed from all sides, are unpredictable. However, if the goal is chaos, that's what you get. Chaos leads to fear and a loss of faith in the status quo. That leads to the desire for change. That path has already been laid out in existing literature produced by the WEF and other bodies.
The 'they' at the top know what they are doing. The 'they' pretending to be at the top – not so.
