My Actifit Report Card: October 6 2021
Rain on and off today with another packed day of meetings. I did get my now phone setup and the camera on it is really amazing. I can’t wait to ge out and really try some photography with it.
Anyway I’ve really been working on mindfully stretching and I’m feeling like I’m back to where I was pre-pandemic. The work in the gym is really paying off and I am getting more cardio. Now I need to refocus on diet to get my body fat back down where I like it.
Here is a picture I took of one of my fish with the new phone. Super sharp details.
I really like macro photography so I’m super excited to really test this out.
