上班的时候，走一走、跑一跑，不知不觉5000+，哈哈😄
运动慢慢成为了我的一种习惯，感觉越来越有活力，心情越来越阳光☀，工作也越来越有激情，Actifit慢慢改变了我的工作和生活，感谢Actifit，明天继续，加油!
