This is awesome that you are doing this. I lift, but my diet sucks. I think if I was to change that I would be able to lose weight as well. I'm roughly your height and I weigh around 98kg. I used to weigh 109 or something like that though so I am happy that I made some changes.

It's also amazing how quickly you notice results when lifting weights.

This is absolutely true. I kind of miss the "burn" that I used to get after a hard workout. that doesn't happen for me anymore.
