Sportstalk Curation Showcase #31

Hello and welcome to another edition of the Sportstalk Curation Showcase where we highlight members of the community. The hope is we all find an extra user or two to add to our feeds helping everyone grow. All of the following posts are live meaning they fall within the 7 day window of curation.

As you would expect the sports tribe is inundated with World Cup Football posts as there is not much else happening in the World of sport.

More fun// World Cup

It is great to see people enjoying the tournament thus far and @lordbutterfly highlights this as his precious Croatia have survived to fight another day. This just goes to show anyone can qualify if you have luck on your side as Croatia were shocking in their first game. Rankings mean absolutely nothing as it is about current form and nothing else.

Fifa World Cup Match Day 2 Has Concluded - A Summary | The World Cup Journal

@korver gives a good recap on match day 2 highlighting for everyone to keep a close eye on group C and E as maybe there would be some shock results still to come. Who would have thought Japan has a chance of topping the table. Ok writing this as I watch the game lol even though that ball had crossed the line. Apparently from the top it didn't show the grass between the ball and the line which it wouldn't as the ball is round yet there was a clear gap between line and ball.

Panthers lose major defensive player to injury... Things are going to get much worse

Technically a non football post from @beelzebubba even if it is American football it is still not the round ball. This post actually made me smile as he holds no hope for his team even if they make the playoffs. If you have read his previous posts he doesn't rate them highly and why if they make the playoffs he thinks they will just disappoint him more. The Carolina Panthers is not a NFL team you would have heard of most likely as most of us know only the top teams, no disrespect to the Panthers lol. I hope they make it to the playoffs as it will create another funny post from @beelzebubba with even more complaints. I enjoy fans who are realistic in their expectations and this is how @beelzebubba is with his beloved Panthers.

Beating my Golf Handicap and Rainbows

@ablaze at least is leading a normal life with his weekly golf round and kind of makes me jealous. Sometimes it is not about how well you play, but about enjoying the time in the fresh air getting exercise. I was blown away by his photographs in this post as the mushrooms and rainbow is something else. The red one definitely is seriously special as you only see those in kids story books as I have never seen a real one myself.

How cool is this mushroom?

We have so much talent in the Sportstalk tribe with so many users missing out due to not being active enough. I am trying to let these people know that posting is only half the task and that commenting and reading other users post is a pre requisite for finding more support. Please the Bear market is where gains are made especially on Hive and these are the times to stand out. Until next time have a great week and I will be busy within the tribe looking for articles to upvote and send into our next Sportstalk Curation Showcase.

Group E was indeed a shocker. Very sad to see Mexico go. I believe either Mexico and Poland deserve to be runners-up. Thanks for the feature.
