Documentary rally video of the day - How to Build Junior WRC Rally Car - M-Sport Ford Fiesta Rally3

Hi, friends!

It is always interesting to watch the technicians and engineers working their best to build some machines, and in my case, especially rally cars. I just enjoy being in a company of mechanics when they work on a rally car, repairing, making set-up or just clean them.

I even enjoy watching YouTube videos from the rally service when mechanics have half an hour service and they have to repair some major damage on the car after the shunt, or they have to change the gearbox or differentials in that time.

When there were mixed surfaced events like WRC Rally Catalunya Spain, they had to change the whole set-up from gravel to tarmac and that means whole suspension and diffs in just 45 minutes. Can you believe this?! It's not an easy job but they are trained for this and that's why they are just the best in the world.

But before the rally car hits the special stages, it must be prepared first - from the bare shell to complete car with everything on it and in it.

In this documentary you can see complete process of building it, with work on the body shell, welding the rollcage in it, and then all the other components which are necessary for the rally car to perform on its best.

Junior World Rally Championship has some changes for this season - they will use the four wheel drive system for the first time in it's twenty years history. When I recall to my memory Citroen Saxo Super 1600 car in 2001 which brought Seb Loeb first JWRC trophy until these days, it was always a front wheel machinery in JWRC. But this season brought us a new rally car with four wheel drive and it is Ford Fiesta Rally3.

Drivers have to rent the car from M-Sport Poland for the whole season and the team will bring all the cars to five different rallies nominated for JWRC and that's good because teams can't make some changes on their own between events and that is the most fair method - all the drivers have the same cars and all they can is to change a set-up to the style of driving they like the most.

All the other explanations about the suspension or the engine work you can see in this video and technicians and engineers explain every single detail of the steps of production of 100 000€ worth Ford Fiesta Rally3 if you want to buy it.

Please enjoy... :)
