Ex-F1 champion Nico Rosberg tried rally car on gravel

Formula 1 guys try some rallying from time to time but most of them are Finns. Mika Hakkinen tried it twenty years ago, Kimi Raikkonen drove a few seasons professionally with Citroen back in 2010 and 2011.

Lately it was Waltteri Bottas who tried some older Citroen WRC machinery on his home Arctic Rally in Finland and it was kinda successful but not in the way you should expect from one of the fastest drivers on Earth.

But the thing is that Formula 1 and rally sport aren't the same autosport disciplines. And every F1 driver who tried rallying said that rally is harder then F1.

One of the owners of Extreme teams is Nico Rosberg who's team has a name RXR which means Rosberg X Racing and some of the big stars like Seb Loeb or Carlos Sainz sr now drive in that series (but not in Rosberg's team).

Anyway, Nico visited his own team and tried the car by himself and found it scarier then F1. After that he sat into the co-driver's seat and saw what is fear in the car. It's not an easy to be a co-driver.

Here is a video from the test so you can see it by yourself. It is important to say that these rally raid cars are an electric and this is the future formula which will come in ten or more years.
