FIA revealed WRC Rally Japan 2023 entry list

Hi, friends!

Only 22 entrants applied with cars with international FIA homologation for this year's WRC Rally Japan which is a slim number. OK, we can add 14 more entrants from their national rally championship but their vehicles aren't newest FIA amchinery but the older version of rally cars.

Yeah, FIA wanted to have an event in the country of manufacturer's champions Toyota so they have it now for 2nd year in the row. It is an expensive trip to bring the car to Japan and that is a main reason for sucg a thin entry list.

Seb Ogier will be back with Toyota, as well as Dani Sordo with Hyundai, both part time drivers this season.

Andreas Mikkelsen is also on the entry list without a huge pressure, now when he has another WRC2 crown in his bag.

It will be interesting rally to follow but without huge number of competitors, it can't be as at some other popular events.
