Lappi leads WRC Rally Sweden 2024 after Saturday

Hi, friends!

Esapekka Lappi shows that he is a top rally driver with the right attitude because he is still able to lead a rally after months of absense from the special stages.

Some other retired for a day (Takamoto Katsuta) while Adrien Fourmaux (M-Sport Ford) showed that he has a potential after all the problems he had last two years. Fourmaux currently holds 2nd place overall and he plans to finish on the podium.

Welshman Elfyn Evans is in 3rd place some 16s behind Fourmaux and the gap should be good enough for Fourmaux to keep his position but you never know what is in front of you.

Thierry Neuville holds 4th place for his Hyundai team while Oliver Solberg leads WRC2 class from 5th position overall.
