My Citroen C2 R2 Max rally car is finally completed after shunt!

Hi, friends!

I can say that I am peaceful today because my rally car is finally completed.

We changed a radiator two weeks ago but we waited for a car bumper for some time because it had to be repaired and repainted.

We still have to change a thermostat housing because we had to stop on Saturday 's super special stage four weeks ago because of the broken pipe. We welded that pipe to the thermostat housing with the liquid metal and this part is still on the car.

I bought a new thermostat housing and the plan is to put that part on the car because it is new. I will drive the car to the tinsmith workshop on Monday to repair the left threshold of the car.

Now we have all the parts but car must go on the final check up at the rally workshop to see if everything is OK and to fix the geometry of the car after the shunt on the first tarmac rally of the season.

After that we must remap the car that we can run it on the 100 octanes commercial fuel and then it could be the done job ahrad of our next rally which should probably in June (but you never know :))

I feel really happy and satisfied after we completed the car which can now go on the road again after what happened almost four weeks ago.
