Ogier leads WRC Safari Rally Kenya 2023 after first full day of competition

Toyota World Rally Team showed once again that they are just better then anyone else. Hyundai, who invested so much money into new recruitment are having a not good rally. On the other hand, Toyota has 1-2-3 lead. What's this telling you? It is just simple - guys from Japanese manufacturer do tremendous job.

M-Sport Ford drivers are there where they should be with the machinery they have. Ex-WRC champion Ott Tanak is only 7th and his team-mate Pierre-Louis Loubet in 8th position. Without full works support it is kinda impossible to fight against Toyota or Hyundai on a full bases.

But lets get back to Toyota guys. We were sitting beside them on a FIA meeting before WRC Croatia Rally and I can only say that eight-time WRC champion Seb Ogier is just a human. These guys are incredible.

But we must be real. It is only first day of a rally done and there are still two hard days of competition in front of us and anything can happen. So Seb Ogier is leading in front of the current WRC champ Kalle Rovanpera while their team mate Elfyn Evans is in 3rd place.
