Hi, friends!

Now it's almost 100% sure that we will have WRC New Zealand Rally back this year because the rally is already on the calendar but because of the coronavirus pandemic, New Zealand Government kept the borders closed for tourists and you know how they say - you must sell the tickets or sell the hotel's beds to keep all the cost under the control.

Yeah, to organize the World Rally Championship event, you need around 2m€ and the Government must sign the contracts that they will pay the contract fees to FIA and WRC promoter if organizer fail to pay it by themselves.

WRC Rally Croatia director Daniel Saskin published that numbers and I like that because it all must be clear in front of the people because that way you can't manipulate people with the numbers. Well done.

That's why New Zealand organizers had to be sure that borders will be open despite everything that happens with the COVID-19 problem. And this week their Government published officially that decision and this is one more plus for the rally.

Special stages of New Zealand Rally is the most similar to the Rally Finland with super fast and flowing gravel roads where only the bravest drivers can take a win.

One of them is Flying Finn Marcus Gronholm who liked those kind of a stages very much and don't forget that Gronholm is double WRC champion (2000 and 2002).

Today we have his onboard with super problematic Peugeot 307 WRV car which costed Gronholm probably a few more titles. But what is important is Gronholm's drive because his super precise and fast style is something which gave many drivers lessons of how to do it better and faster.

Please enjoy and learn from Finnish master...
