Opel started to test Electric Corsa-E rally car

Hi, friends!

New times are coming and we can't do anything about this because progress in science is pretty normal.

Now we have first fully electric rally car made by Opel Motorsport in Germany.

They had and have pretty good campaign with their Adam R2 rally car and now they want more of the same. But some things can't be accelerated too much.

In 2022 we will have hybrid WRC cars but not 100% electric.

Maybe in a few seasons we will have electric car class and that I can visual in my mind very soon, the moment when Opel homologate the car, this class will be opened for competition.

Green will say BIG HELLO for this step in motorsport but from what I can hear from hard core rally fans, they want and need roar from the engines which is not present in electric car class.

We must save Mother Earth so let it be hybrid first and then we will see what's next. E-class is very welcome also.
