​Como emprendedores, todos buscamos esa "validación de mercado". Esta semana viví un momento que resume por qué hacemos lo que hacemos. Mientras dirigíamos un entrenamiento de las categorías Sub-20 y Femenina, un representante que observaba desde la grada se acercó. No venía a preguntar por su hijo; venía a decir que el dinamismo y el nivel de la práctica lo habían cautivado tanto que él también quería entrenar con nosotros.
​Ese es el mejor indicador de éxito: cuando tu servicio es tan sólido que genera deseo incluso en quienes inicialmente solo eran espectadores. Hoy manejamos una matrícula de 120 atletas, desde pequeños de 4 años hasta adultos de más de 25, lo que demuestra que nuestro modelo es adaptable, escalable y, sobre todo, humano.

​El Segundo Año: La Resistencia Financiera

​No les voy a mentir: este segundo año ha sido complejo desde lo financiero. El romanticismo del inicio se encuentra con la realidad de las facturas y la sostenibilidad. Pero es aquí donde la disciplina del deporte se traslada a los negocios. Hemos mantenido la constancia cuando otros habrían desistido.
