Preventing ourselves from speaking untruths is difficult, sometimes we do it unawares, or in ignorance. Or we're just misinformed. Othertimes it's intentional, deceptive and done for gain. We have to work on correcting both types of "untruths", but the later is the most urgent to correct. I believe the secret is to love the truth, more than the lies, even if the lies are much more comfortable and the truth is uncomfortable.
