Transfer rumour: Messi closer to City's move

The Lionel transfer saga is becoming more interesting with the Argentine's father travelling down to Spain from Argentina.

Jorge Messi was reported to be contacted by Barcelona's board for a meeting over the future of Lionel Messi at the club.

According to reports afterwards, Messi decision on leaving Barcelona to Manchester City has become a journey of no return.
