Description from Strava:
Happy St. Patrick's day to all the Guinness fans out there. Some colleagues are running in a 10k in Belfast today, but I was doing my own run nearer home. It was a little dull out there to start with, but the sun came out later to feed my solar panels.
I noticed lots of marks painted on the paths as it looks like someone it planning some utility works. There are various numbers and symbols that will mean something to those involved.
I did my regular loop up the hill to Fairfield and the pace went up over time as usual. Overall it was not too bad despite me feeling a bit tired when I got up. The run woke me up.
I had a couple of dogs run towards me, but they were not aggressive. You have to be a little wary, but then people should keep them under control if there is any risk. I just tried to keep going today.
Podcast listening was Late Night Linux and Drum Social. The latter is a new one for me that is good so far. It is a couple of British guys who were at the drum show I went to last year. They interviewed various people. I will look out for them next time.
I do wonder how many people read this posts on Strava, but I do get a few comments when they are automatically put on Hive. I follow various people I know on Strava, but do not do too much with it socially.
Have a great week and run free!

Our local town did their big run and parade for St. Patrick's day on Sunday. They really should have done it on Saturday. It was a much nicer day.
I don't know of any events around here, but some towns have a big Irish community who may celebrate.
People have the bad habit not to keep dogs tied...
Feliz día de San Patricio ...que bueno que hayas alimentando los paneles Solares ..
Dogs might be agressive against someone/something moving, particularly when enter into their area.
Yeah, I know :)
Nice smooth run for a 7.19km. 42 minutes feels like a good pace.
