I expect you to be as tough as Chuck in no time! There are so many fitness machines and gadgets out there. @normie.fitness does some good posts about them. From what he says I think you want exercises that are natural movements and not weird things you would never do in normal life.
I could probably do with more of a range of exercises, but my general fitness is pretty good from running.

Yeah, that is part of what we liked about this. Since they use it for rehab it is very gentle on your body while still working the muscles. I have started to learn that since it works via resistance it is important to make your movements slow so that you are working on both the "pull" and the "release".
