It takes time to build stamina. I want to do some longer distances as well as getting faster. Just have to keep on getting out there.

Yeah you just have to do tempo runs mixed in with longer distances. I've been enjoying tennis the last 12 months. My fitness was pretty bad to begin with but over time, I've never felt fitter than now and loving it! I could keep my phone in my pocket whilst I play I guess but it's not the most comfortable!
