What’s been happening in Football? Part 2

Hello hivers, I am back again, and this is the continuation on what has been happening in the world of football.

Bundesliga

For a couple of years the Bundesliga has been monopolized by Bayern Munich, as they have won the last nine in a row, and this season doesn’t look different.
They are currently six points clear, with seven games to play. With 63 points, their closest competition in Borussia Dortmund, with 57 points.
The battle for the remaining two positions, 3rd and 4th, is really close, as Leipzig, Leverkusen, Freiburg, and even Hoffenheim, are closing in on it. But only two can take it, while one finds themselves in the Europa League.
Hertha, Arminia, Fürth, Ausburg, and VB Stuttgard are all in danger of getting relegated, so we are in for a tough run of games towards the end of the season.

Champions League

The Champions League has been very interesting so far, and with the latter stages approaching, it gets even better, and the Quarter Finals draw just took place, and it is as follows:

Real Madrid vs Chelsea
Manchester City vs Atletico Madrid
Benfica vs Liverpool
Villarreal vs Bayern Munich

These are all very interesting fixtures, and are very hard to call.
I personally think Man city are favorites, but you can never call it.

There is currently an international break, and i hope my country Nigeria, beats Ghana progresses in our Qatar 2022 journey.
