Premier League Round up - May 11 \ 2022
Today has been incredibly stressful. I have been up and about all day, but I do feel relieved at the end of the day. The premier league is gradually coming to an end for the 2021/2022 season, and what a season it has been. At the moment we are having a two-horse race for the title, we also have an uncanny relegation tussle at the other end of the table, with Everton caught in the web. So let's dive into the matches of today, starting from the league leaders.

Manchester City had a good day at the office today, particularly Kevin De Bruyne. He was the star of the show, scoring four wonderful goals, while Raheem Sterling got a late goal too. Kevin has been outstanding all season, and with this performance of his today, he reaches a personal best of goals in his career and also joins an elite group of midfielders with four goals in a match. Magical, simply magical. With Liverpool keeping up the pressure yesterday with a 2 - 1 win over Aston Villa, Man City had to win to regain their three-point advantage at the top. The race for the league title is going to the wire.

My wonderful club enjoyed a great day on the road too. With a winless streak in the last three games, squandering a two-point lead against Wolves in the last game, and also losing what seems to be a comfortable third place, Chelsea needed to win today to keep the third-place position sure for now. With Mount, Pulisic, and Lukaku getting on the scoresheet, Chelsea earned a much-needed three-point and a clean sheet. The only bad news for Chelsea fans is that Kovacic might be out for Saturday's big clash against Liverpool, with an ankle injury from a dreadful tackle by Dan James.

With Leicester City winless in their last eight games across all competition, Norwich could not have come at a better time. With Leicester sitting pretty in the tenth position, it seems there would be no European competition for the next season, with their only hope going at the window with a loss at Roma.

Nobody would have thought Everton would be battling relegation this season. With a dreadful form away from home and a change of manager mid-season, it's safe to say that Evertonians would be praying for the season to end already. With just two points above safety, Everton would have been hoping for a better result against relegated side Watford. Alas, it was not to be. With a stalemate, Everton would be hoping to make the most of their game in hand, and Burnley also breathing hard down their neck. I am rooting for Everton as Frank Lampard is their manager, sooooo... lol.

You know I wanted a draw for man city yesterday so that winning the Premiership would be a bit harder with Liverpool giving them hard time but Kelvin wouldn't just allow that he maximized every ball yesterday.
And I wanted Chelsea to lose too so that arsenal would be closer and maybe snatch that third spot from them lol.
Looking forward to arsenal's match today let see what they've got.
I'm guessing you're an arsenal fan, and yesterday did not turn out well for you 😂😂
Tottenham is coming
Not really but I like arsenal and yes Tottenham did trash them..lol.
Though they still maintain that fourth position
