Settled into a midfield position for much of this 1m 2f trip and seemed handily placed coming off the turn for home, even nudging into 4th place briefly. Pushed on with 2f to go but made no impression on the leading trio and drifted backwards alarmingly approaching the last furlong to cross the line in 10th place of 11 runners.
