Our losing streak was finally broken yesterday with Fenney Brook, coming home a comfortable 6 lengths clear of the field, despite a couple of hiccups at some of the hurdles. Raced in fifth place for much of the early running. Made some headway starting the final circuit, moving into fourth spot. Drifted left a bit and made contact with another runner approaching the third from home. Took the lead after that obstacle, and breezed clear after the last running on well on the run in to the line.
