Alive after 3 days of food - My Actifit Report Card: aprile 11 2023 - My week Plan
The day after Easter people don’t work here and usually are days to spent time with friends, maybe with a grill or barbecue or just for a lunch togheter.
So I wake up, go to supermarket for last food to buy and we prepare lunch for our friend. Lot of wine makes us happy and after all we made a small walk in the spring sun.
Definitely a good day to be Alive. As all day spent with good friends.
Monday is gone, but I have different plan for the week.
First of all is to reach minimum activity on Actifit everyday of the week.
On Tuesday I have theatre as teacher and on Wednesday I have as a student. Probably on Thursday I will have to work a lot and i’ll have late at the office. Friday we’ll have a Murder’s Dinner ( a misterious dinner, not a serius thing! I don’t won’t to go to jail!). Saturday other theatre lessons and Sunday 12 hours of shows at theatre.
