My Daily Diary

This morning the weather seems not good. Despite that I decided to went work by bike. I didn’t do my daily activity on Monday, so I had to recover it.

Fortunally during the day the sun comes out, thanks to wind that spread from midday. The sky seems a fine oil painting, with a lot of white clouds.

I think I have lost some weight in last weeks. Probably the results of constant activity. Just a couple of kilos, not a problem.

I was thinking if I should integrate eating more. Dunno…

Another good day to be Alive and Thriving

It’s staking day. Today is 40 Alive. Should be a 7-9% increase. Not bad. I’m always happy to stake my Alive Power.
I’ve started burning AFIT for upvotes. With some luck this could be the first report with an upvote of 25% from actifit account. Cross finger.
I also try to burn ecency points for low value upvotes, but not always it arrive.
If anyone has suggestion on how made my reports more attractive, let me know!

Who is stewie.wieno?

Hi, i'm stewie and since I had back problems I realized that I had to take better care of myself. I am very lazy, but following my doctor's advice, I try to focus on getting some activity every day. "Better a little but constant, than a lot once in a while!"

I work in the office, I love travelling, doing improv theater and spending time with my girlfriend. My favorite animal is the giraffe (but I also love dogs) and I'm passionate about home economics and saving.
