Finally it’s Friday! Weekend is started but most important, it’s time for some relax. In this period of shows and lessons I arrive at the end of the week very exhausted!
I say no to a drink with friends and yes to an evening with beer, tv, pc gaming and my girl out of home!

It’s time for myself and sometimes it’s a good thing!

Another good day to be Alive and Thriving

I am organizing an event of theatre in my town. A small event, but I’m very exited that I create something from nothing. And for the people of my town. I think this could be an occasion of personal growth. Not economically, but a personal growth. And this, for me, is a big partes of what I consider being Alive and thriving!

This was Awesome!

New map and new contents in my favourite pc game. Small thing that makes me happy!

Who is stewie.wieno?

Hi, i'm stewie and since I had back problems I realized that I had to take better care of myself. I am very lazy, but following my doctor's advice, I try to focus on getting some activity every day. "Better a little but constant, than a lot once in a while!"

I work in the office, I love travelling, doing improv theater and spending time with my girlfriend. My favorite animal is the giraffe (but I also love dogs) and I'm passionate about home economics and saving.

As a fitness coach and seeing what my wife who worked in elderly care, I can promise you that your doctor is right. When you are lazy you get more lazy and when you start being active and do work out you get more active. Doesn't have to be always like huge work outs. A hiking tour in the forest has huge benefits.
