La que da menos trabajo y no necesariamente justifica cada suceso... Al parecer, a algunos no les importa eso y se conforman con teorías de dudosa procedencia, en lugar de buscar la verdad bajo los métodos adecuados.
El proceder varía según sea el caso, por lo que, no hay una fórmula secreta ni mágica para ello... Sin embargo, hay ciertos "pasos" que deberían ser seguidos o eso es lo que creo y no hablo precisamente de lo socialmente aceptado.
Es más un actuar simple, sensato, basado en el sentido común. No hace falta que todos estén de acuerdo, ni que te feliciten por lo que has hecho o dejado de hacer... Se trata de abandonar la búsqueda de aceptación y dar lo mejor para encontrar la verdad.
La vida sin adornos, maquillaje, ni filtros puede asustar... Es una realidad, pero creo que, cuando empezamos a asimilar y a aceptar algunas cosas, damos lugar a ciertos niveles de mejoría.
No se trata de ser perfectos y complacer a todo el mundo, basta con ser fieles a nosotros mismos. Actuar en función de no arrepentirnos y a su vez, respetar lo que con anterioridad hemos hecho.
Juzgarnos de manera dura y despiadada, no es la solución... A decir verdad, es una práctica que solo trae problemas y adquirir más carga no es ni será jamás la idea, lo mejor sería abandonar gradualmente este dañino proceder.
Hay muchos métodos que son saludables y beneficiosos, es cuestión de investigar sin miedo a lo que podamos hallar... Tomar lo mejor de todo lo que encontremos y adaptarlo de tal manera que nos funcione, con la intención incorporarlo a nuestras vidas.
A todos nos funcionan cosas distintas, por eso es importante implementar cambios de forma realista. No se trata de seguir el plan de alguien más y frustrarnos al notar que, no nos funciona del todo o directamente no se adapta a nosotros para nada.
Yo creo que la clave está en la personalización y ¿Tú? ¿Llegaste a alguna otra conclusión?

The procedure varies depending on the case, so there is no secret or magic formula for this... However, there are certain "steps" that should be followed, or so I believe, and I am not talking about what is socially accepted.
It's more of a simple, sensible, common sense approach. It is not necessary that everyone agrees, nor that they congratulate you for what you have done or not done... It is about abandoning the search for acceptance and giving your best to find the truth.
Life without adornment, makeup or filters can be scary... It is a reality, but I believe that, when we start to assimilate and accept some things, we give way to certain levels of improvement.
It is not about being perfect and pleasing everyone, it is enough to be true to ourselves. Acting in function of not regretting and at the same time, respecting what we have done before.
Judging ourselves harshly and mercilessly is not the solution.... To tell the truth, it is a practice that only brings problems and acquiring more burden is not and never will be the idea, the best thing would be to gradually abandon this harmful procedure.
There are many methods that are healthy and beneficial, it is a matter of investigating without fear of what we can find... Take the best of everything we find and adapt it in such a way that it works for us, with the intention of incorporating it into our lives.
Different things work for different people, so it is important to implement changes in a realistic way. It's not about following someone else's plan and getting frustrated when we realize that it doesn't work for us or that it doesn't suit us at all.
