My Actifit Report Card: December 18 2021

Yesterday was just a day of walking. Not so much for fun but of necessity.

I walked to the grocery store, walked around the grocery store and then walked home.

I guess I thought I needed to do some extra walking.

I work in the shed. I had to fix the utility shelf cause it was leaning and looked like it was ready to fall over.

As if that wasn't enough, I then had to walk about half mile up the road to get my brother-in-law's car to take my husband to work. So I really had a full day with plenty of exercise.

Boy was I tired last night!
