My Actifit Report Card: February 22 2024

Reports are short right now as I build my stats.

I walk for health & enjoyment. As I get back to this activity, I would like to walk for a minimum of an hour each day & I'm shooting for 10,000 steps.

The last couple of days have been rough. While I did walk each day, I had additional activity by doing laundry & it really took a toll on me and I was feeling so exhausted I didn't even think about posting my stats.

Today I felt like I didn't even wanted to walk. My legs were sore & I just felt exhausted. I walked anyway, while I did make my time & steps, I felt sore and like it was the longest walk of my life.
