My Actifit Report Card: March 16 2024
I walk for health & enjoyment. As I get back to this activity, I would like to walk for a minimum of an hour each day & I'm shooting for 10,000 steps.
On This Walk......
Today's walk was my first day back after being without my phone for several days. My phone just stopped working on me. I tried using my old phone but it was like prehistoric times. My app didn't record all my steps and I had to make half my walk without my music. That was tough as having music to walk to makes my steps effortlessly. So I had to get a new phone & then it took me two days to set it up and get all my important apps working again.
The Music That Moves Me
Adding some of the music I listen to today.
As always, I start with what's playing when I start, then what's playing about halfway through, & end with what brings me home.
On March 16th......... I left at 8:32am and as I started out a song called
'The Groove' by 'DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince' got me started.
About halfway through at 8:52 & 2963 Steps 'Rapper's Delight by 'The Sugarhill Gang' was playing.
Finally I ended my walk with 7035 activity steps when I reached my front door at 9:17am.
The song that bought me home was 'Grenade' by 'Bruno Mars'
