My Actifit Report Card: March 19 2024 | Getting Close
I walk for health & enjoyment. As I get back to this activity, I would like to walk for a minimum of an hour each day & I'm shooting for 10,000 steps.
On This Walk......
Today's walk was all about meeting my goals. While I have timing down, I still need more steps.
The Music That Moves Me
Adding some of the music I listen to today.
As always, I start with what's playing when I start, then what's playing about halfway through, & end with what brings me home.
On March 19th......... I started my walk at 9:17am & a song called 'Hard Times' by ' was playing
About halfway through at 9:47am & 4527 Steps & Janet Jackson's hit 'All For You' was moving my every step
Finally, I ended my walk with 9373 activity steps when I reached my front door at 10:18am.
The song that bought me home was Bruno Mars' song Grenade.
As you can see, I still need a few more steps to hit that 10,000 mark, but I'm getting there. I would like to hit 10,000 on my walk alone without other activities that's picked up throughout my day.
