¡Hola integrantes de esta comunidad! Desde hace algún tiempo, he querido publicar en este espacio, pero no había tenido la oportunidad hasta el día de hoy. Hace unos días atrás, comencé una nueva aventura en mi vida y en resumen, ahora soy totalmente una freelancer jeje lo admito no ha sido nada fácil, me las he estado arreglando con lo que tengo disponible. Tratando de organizarme y de crear un horario. Pero como siempre, Es natural que ocurran eventos inesperados, como por ejemplo, que mi cocina eléctrica deje de funcionar exactamente a la hora de hacer el desayuno... Qué horror... Así que tuve que salirme de mi itinerario, búsqueda de una cocina nueva.

Hello members of this community! For some time, I have wanted to publish in this space, but I had not had the opportunity until today. A few days ago, I started a new adventure in my life and in short, now I am totally a freelancer hehe I admit it has not been easy at all, I have been managing with what I have available. Trying to organize myself and create a schedule. But as always, It's natural for unexpected events to happen, like for example, my electric stove stops working exactly at the time of making breakfast... How horrible... So I had to go out of my itinerary, search for a new kitchen.

Admito que estaba preocupada, porque mi presupuesto se ha visto mermado desde que inicie esta nueva etapa en mi vida. Pero tenía la esperanza de poder conseguir algo que se ajustase a mi bolsillo. Así que, con el estómago vacío me arreglé y salí a caminar al centro de la ciudad. Por lo general, las hornillas eléctricas me han durado bastante, llegando el momento en que simplemente dejan de calentar y eso es, de la nada. Así que para esas ocasiones, solía tener una cocina de emergencia. Desgraciadamente, todas mis cocinas de emergencias están dañadas (tengo como cuatro qué debo mandar a arreglar), y que esta vez no tenía salvación. A los primeros lugares a los que fui, no encontré ninguna. En el primer lugar en donde si las hallé, estaban a la venta en $13... Ese había sido el precio en el que la había obtenido la vez anterior, sin embargo, como ya lo mencioné, y presupuesto estaba algo ajustado así que me parecía mucho para mí en el momento. Seguí caminando con la esperanza de hallar una mejor oferta. Esa es una de mis actividades favoritas, caminar en busca de ofertas y soy realmente feliz cuando logró conseguir una al final del día. Así que se imaginarán lo grande de mi emoción cuándo logré conseguir una cocina eléctrica en $7. Me sentí bastante aliviada y la compré sin dudarlo. Cómo si el universo quisiera decirme "Tranquila. Todo va a estar bien", en la entrada de la tienda había una chica promocionando una marca de café nueva y ella me dio a probar un poco del café ¡Y dos veces! Solamente me subió aún más el ánimo porque yo amo el café 💖☕

I admit that I was worried, because my budget has been reduced since I started this new stage in my life. But I was hoping I could get something that would fit my pocket. So, on an empty stomach, I got ready and went for a walk downtown. Electric burners have generally lasted me a long time, eventually they just stop heating and that's it, out of the blue. So for those occasions, I used to have an emergency kitchen. Unfortunately, all my emergency kitchens are damaged (I have about four that I have to send to fix), and this time there was no salvation. The first places I went, I didn't find any. In the first place where I found them, they were for sale at $13... That had been the price in which I had obtained it the previous time, however, as I already mentioned, and budget was somewhat tight so I seemed like a lot to me at the time. I kept walking hoping to find a better deal. That's one of my favorite activities, walking around looking for deals and I'm really happy when I managed to get one at the end of the day. So you can imagine how excited I was when I managed to get an electric stove for $7. I was quite relieved and bought it without hesitation. As if the universe wanted to tell me "Calm down. Everything will be fine", at the entrance of the store there was a girl promoting a new brand of coffee and she gave me a taste of the coffee, and twice! It only raised my spirits even more because I love coffee 💖☕

Una vez en casa, pude elaborar un desayuno rápido para recuperar las energías que había consumido con la caminata. A veces cuando no tenemos ánimos un acto tan simple como salir a dar una vuelta, suele resultar agotador de sólo pensarlo. Por suerte no estoy sola, ayuda a sobrellevar mucho más fácil las cosas. No caminé mucho, pero admito que no tenía ganas de salir de casa desde hace días... Así que, está pequeña aventura la veo como un pequeño gran logro ✨

Once home, I was able to make a quick breakfast to recover the energy that I had consumed with the walk. Sometimes when we don't feel like it, an act as simple as going out for a walk can be exhausting just thinking about it. Luckily I'm not alone, it helps to cope with things much easier. I didn't walk much, but I admit that I haven't wanted to leave the house for days... So, I see this little adventure as a small achievement ✨

Aprovechando la ocasión les dejaré una receta rápida y bastante económica. Si tienen en casa atún enlatado, pueden ponerlo a cocinar junto a los vegetales que más les guste, picados en finos trozos condimentado al gusto. A eso se le agrega spaghetti previamente cocinado y listo, tenemos un rico almuerzo. Quiero que es bastante sencillo porque no soy buena para la cocina y como amo los vegetales, puedo comerlo las veces que sea, inclusive sin colocarle el atún.

Taking advantage of the occasion I will leave you a quick and quite cheap recipe. If you have canned tuna at home, you can put it to cook with the vegetables that you like the most, chopped into fine pieces seasoned to taste. To that we add previously cooked spaghetti and that's it, we have a delicious lunch. I want it to be quite simple because I'm not good at cooking and since I love vegetables, I can eat it as many times as possible, even without adding the tuna.
