Hello to all members of this community! Being back in the capital, I've also returned to my sedentary lifestyle, especially since access to green spaces is quite limited or far away. But after experiencing a severe anxiety attack yesterday, I decided to go out today to clear my mind. It wasn't easy. I felt exhausted, both physically and mentally, and a part of me wanted to stay home and sleep. But I did my best and, little by little, I got ready to go out. I calmly headed to "Bellas Artes," the space in the city where the museums and galleries are located.

I've fallen in love with the Art Museum's garden ✨


There were several exhibits on display, information about which I'd seen on social media, so I took advantage of the opportunity to visit them. I also strolled through the Art Museum garden, where I sat down to rest and found myself in the company of a cute, affectionate, bushy-furred cat, whom one of the guards called "The Hairy One." While I felt better, I relaxed by taking in the view and petting the cat.

Later, I took advantage of the time to visit a park and another nearby museum. I'm glad I went out! I'm tired, it's true, but I feel like my spirits have lifted after this outing. If you're feeling sad or distressed, don't be afraid to go out alone. Our own company is also important, and the little signs from the universe will let you know that whatever you're going through, everything will get better ✨

¡Hola a todos los integrantes de ésta comunidad! Estando de vuelta en la capital, también he regresado a mi modo de vida sedentaria y más porque el acceso a espacios verdes es bastante limitado o lejano. Pero luego de haber experimentado un fuerte ataque de ansiedad el día de ayer, tomé la determinación de salir el día de hoy a despejar la mente. No fue nada fácil. Me sentía muy agotada tanto física como mentalmente y una parte de mí, quería quedarse en cas a dormir. Pero puse todo de mi parte y poco a poco me alisté para salir. Me dirigí con calma a "Bellas Artes", el espacio en la ciudad en donde están ubicados los museos y galerías.

Me he enamorado del jardín del Museo de Arte ✨


Estaban expuestas varias exposiciones, cuya información había visto en las redes sociales, así que aproveché el momento para visitarlas. También, me di una vuelta por el jardín del Museo de Artes, en donde me senté a descansar y encontré la compañía de una linda gatita cariñosa y de pelaje frondoso, quién uno de los vigilantes llamó "La peluda". Mientras que me sentía mejor, me relajaba con la vista del lugar y haciéndole cariño a la gata.

Ya luego, aproveché el tiempo para acercarme a un parque y también a otro museo cercano ¡Me alegro de haber salido! Estoy cansada, es verdad, pero siento que mis ánimos luego de ésta salida, subieron. Si te sientes triste o angustiado, no temas en salir solo, nuestra propia compañía también es importante y las pequeñas señales del universo, te harán saber que sea lo que sea que estés pasando, todo va a mejorar ✨
