Hello to all the members of this community! Today is Children's Day in Venezuela, but that wasn't my motivation to go out, since I don't have children nor do I live with them. Instead, a bazaar was going to be held in Parque del Este in the city of Barquisimeto. I love bazaars, and even more so the ones here because you can find very interesting handcrafted products. At first, the cloudy weather made us think it would rain all day, but luckily, when it was time to go out, the sun was on our side.

The park was lush, and rightly so. It seems the rainy season has been a great help. I hadn't been to the park in almost two years, so I didn't know what condition it was in. Our visit was also intended to gather this information in case my boyfriend and I planned to come back later for a more leisurely picnic or something. We could see that they had set up some boats on the artificial lake.

As for the bazaar, I saw several lovely shops, so it was very difficult to choose what to buy. I had planned to buy just one thing as a souvenir, but I couldn't decide and ended up taking a couple more: a bag, a bracelet, and a necklace. Even though it was a quick check, it was very enjoyable. Not only that, I was able to run into some acquaintances, including my dear friend and hiver @kimi-gon, who was running her shop. One of my dreams is to be able to sell at bazaars, so I have to plan very carefully what I can offer 😇

¡Hola a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad! El día de hoy se celebra en Venezuela el día del niño, pero esta no fue mi motivación para salir, ya que no tengo hijos ni convivo con niños, sino que justamente se iba a realizar en el Parque del Este de la ciudad de Barquisimeto, un bazar. Me encantan los bazares y más los que hacen aquí porque puedes encontrar productos artesanales muy interesantes. Al principio, el clima nublado nos hizo pensar que llovería todo el día, pero por suerte, a la hora de salir el sol estaba de nuestro lado.

El parque se hallaba frondoso y con razón. Se ve que la época de lluvia le ha favorecido mucho. Tenía casi dos años sin ir a ese parque, así que no sabía en qué condiciones se encontraba. Nuestra visita también consistía en obtener esta información por si luego, mi novio y yo planeamos venir con más calma a hacer un picnic artístico o algo así. Pudimos ver que implementaron algunos botes en el lago artificial.

En cuanto al bazar, vi varias tiendas lindas, así que fue muy difícil escoger que comprar. Había planeado sólo comprar una cosa como recuerdo, pero no pude decidirme y acabé llevándome un par más: Un bolso, una pulsera y un collar. A pesar de que fue una revisión rápida, fue muy agradable y no sólo eso, pude encontrarme con algunos conocidos, entre ellos, mi querida amiga y hiver @kimi-gon, quién se hallaba con su tienda. Uno de mis deseos, es poder vender en bazares, así que tengo que planear muy bien qué puedo ofrecer 😇
