My Actifit Report Card: February 11 2026 - Coming out of confinement ✨

Hello everyone in this community! I was feeling a bit down because since arriving in the capital, I hadn't been out downtown, used the #actifit app, or even posted about it. What kept me going was knowing I still have a spot in the top 500, haha. I had thought about taking a few minutes a week to dance and get some exercise, but I also think it's important to go out and interact with other people and, of course, get some sunlight.

✨ Heading downtown ✨


As always happens when I spend a considerable amount of time indoors, I didn't feel like going far. However, a disagreement with one of the people I live with was the "push" I needed to go out, since I wasn't in the mood to sew or interact with this person. Once I set off, I began to feel more comfortable with my decision. I enjoy the 15-minute walk to the subway station because I can see the mountains in the distance and feel the warmth of the sun on my skin.

✨ Seeing the clouds always fills me with energy ✨


Once I arrived at the station, I had to wait more than 10 minutes for the subway, but soon after, I struck up a conversation with a gentleman who told me about his medical problem and how he was dealing with it. I was surprised, as he recounted everything as if it were a great feat and didn't stop smiling, even after telling me that several acquaintances hadn't recovered from the same illness and had passed away.


When I got downtown, I went to the pharmacy to buy something I needed and took the opportunity to check the prices. I was quite surprised by the high costs, but I wasn't worried, as I try to buy what I need in order of priority. I also took the opportunity to look at some clothes and other nice things. Then I felt hungry and decided to go back home, since I hadn't prepared anything for lunch and eating out wasn't an option, not to mention that my leg hurt from the walk (which proves that I need to walk more).

✨ I saw so many beautiful things today ✨


Even though it was just a short walk of a few hours, I'm glad I went out because I feel like my mood improved considerably, even though I basically just went to the pharmacy haha. When you're feeling down, don't underestimate the importance of going for a walk; your thoughts and emotions can be released if you broaden your perspective 😇

¡Hola a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad! Me sentía algo mal porque desde que llegué a la capital, no había salido al centro, usado la app de #actifit y mucho menos, publicar sobre ello. Lo que me motivaba, es saber que aún tengo un espacio en el top 500 jaja Había pensado en tomarme algunos minutos a la semana para bailar y tener algo de movimiento, pero también considero que es necesario salir a interactuar con otras personas y por supuesto, recibir algo de luz solar.

✨ Rumbo al centro ✨


Como siempre me sucede cuando paso un tiempo considerable encerrada, no tenía ganas de ir tan lejos. Sin embargo, una molestia con una de las personas que viven conmigo, fue el "empuje" que necesitaba para salir, pues no tenía ánimos de coser ni de interactuar con esta persona. Una vez que me puse en camino, comencé a sentirme más afín con mi decisión. La caminata de 15 minutos hasta la estación del subterráneo, me gusta porque puedo ver a lo lejos las montañas y sentir el calor del sol en mi piel.

✨ Siempre me llena de energía ver las nubes ✨


Una vez que llegué a la estación, tuve que esperar más de 10 minutos por la llegada del metro, pero al poco tiempo, entablé conversación con un señor, quién me comentó su problema médico y cómo lo estaba solucionando. Me sorprendió, pues lo contaba todo como una gran hazaña y no dejaba de sonreír, aún después de contarme que varios conocidos no pudieron recuperarse de su mismo mal y acabaron falleciendo.


Cuando llegué al centro, fui a la farmacia a comprarme algo que necesitaba y aproveché de ponerme al día con los precios. Me sorprendí bastante con los costos elevados, pero no me preocupé, pues procuro comprar lo que necesito por orden de prioridad. También, aproveché de ver algo de ropa y cosas lindas. Luego, sentí hambre y decidí volver a casa, pues no había preparado algo para almorzar y comer en la calle, no era una opción, sin mencionar que me dolía una pierna por la caminata (lo cual demuestra que debo caminar más).

✨ Hoy vi muchas cosas lindas ✨


A pesar de haber sido un paseo de unas pocas horas, me alegro de haber salido, pues, siento que mi ánimo mejoró considerablemente, a pesar de que básicamente, sólo fui a la farmacia jaja Cuando se sientan abatidos, no menosprecien salir a caminar, los pensamientos y emociones, pueden drenarse si ampliamos el panorama 😇
