That’s right, my dear, when we feel that way, the best thing we can do is turn to the things we enjoy, even a cup of coffee, it can make all the difference 😇 Feeling guilty or berating ourselves won’t help things get better; over time, I’ve learned that those moments when my spirits are low are the best time to rest, take things easy, and remember what I like to do. I’m certainly in better spirits than I was yesterday, so I hope to be much better as the days go by 😌 Thank you so much for visiting my post, for your words, and for the support! 💚
