The cricket match between India and Pakistan was last played in 2012. Both the countries could not face from each other since 2012. Recently India and Pakistan faced each other in ICC T20 men's world cup after 9 years. Pakistan defeated India without losing openers.*

According to the reports Saurav Ganguly told India and Pakistan series not in the hands of cricket boards but by the will of their respective governments.

On 15 November Saurav Ganguly the president of of BCCI told that cricket series between India and Pakistan is not in the hands of cricket boards but in the hands of the respective governments. The last series was played in 2012. On this occasion Pakistan lead the series 2-1 and T20 series remains same 1-1.

Ganguly told to the media reports he said that the chairman of PCB Ramiz Raja said match between India and Pakistan is impossible but fortunately India and Pakistan faced each other in ICC T20 world cup 2021 where Pakistan broke all the records after twenty years because has not won any match in world cup. After that Pakistan defeated New zealand and qualified for the semifinals then Pakistan was defeated by Australia and out for the finals.

My opinion

Yes it is true these are the two nucleated countries and are disputed with each other since 1947. Every sports is passion and one should not banning any sports event. I am living in Jammu and Kashmir Norther state of India and I am the fan following of Pakistan and Bangladesh cricket team and it is not the sin. There are millions of fan following of different cricket players across the world. Now it is my painful and polite request to the governments of indopak to resume the cricket series that would be your most kindness upon fan followers.
