My Actifit Report Card: Running + Body Workout

Good evening Actifiters! Just another day in the office for me.. Today I've done a bit easier upper body workout with 6 series of push-ups and 6 series of pull-ups. After that I went on a 6 km run from town of Cervar to Santa Marina and back.

Time: 42:27 min

Avg.Pace: 7:28 min/km

I still haven't completely recovered from my last running so I went a bit easy today, especially after I felt my abdomen area slightly hurting because of hard pull-up session. I'll be back in a few days ✌💪

Thanks bro! It's Running Tracker App for Android if you're interested. Got some awesome features but it drains battery quite fast :)
