My Actifit Report Card: April 7 2025

Good morning, everyone

Prepare for exercise. The weather is very nice this morning. When I got out of bed, I prepared everything first.

Today, I went to the kitchen first to prepare breakfast for my mother. Today, I went to the kitchen first because when I went to exercise and returned to the garden house, my mother's food was just cool enough. She could eat right away. Let's start by preparing the food. Today, I made boiled chicken with cabbage and eggs. The method is the same as every time. Put everything in a container. Then boil everything until cooked. Season with pink salt. My mother's food is a little salty.
My mother's food emphasizes healthy food. She doesn't use other seasonings. When it's done, I blend it. When it's fine, I divide it into 3 parts for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
When my mother's food is ready, I make 2 cups of coffee for me and my husband. Today, I drink coffee before going for a jog on the concrete road in the village, as usual.
It's time to go for a jog.

Jog

I left the garden house. The sun started to rise and the sunlight shone down. I likened the music to the rhythm of my exercise.
When I reached the concrete road, I started jogging. The weather was nice. The soft sunlight made my running body start to feel hot. Sweat started to flow. People in the village drove on the road. There were neighbors who always noticed me and greeted me that I was running late today. The neighbors greeted me like that, showing that they saw me every day. In fact, I wanted to tell them that the school was closed during the school term, so I went jogging when the sunlight was good. From 6:00 to 7:00 am, my body received the soft sunlight in the morning. During this time, I jogged and noticed that my body was tired slowly, almost not tired at all. While jogging, I adjusted my running level, running faster than before, hoping that it would flow better and make me more tired, adding a challenge to myself. Today, the symptoms in my legs and ankles are back to normal. When I run to the dirt road, I choose to walk instead of running in that area until I reach the concrete road or the sidewalk. Then I will jog because I am most afraid of spraining my ankle. The road along the Trang River canal. Today, I met neighbors who came to exercise in this area and they greeted me and my husband, asking if I was jogging late today. I wanted to answer that the school was closed, so I went into the kitchen before jogging. When I ran to the end of the road along the Trang River Canal, there were many dogs in that area, which belonged to my neighbors. Today, they let the dogs out for a walk. I noticed a change. Normally, the dogs would bark loudly every day, but today, they wouldn't, like every time. It might be because my husband and I made them not bark and scold like every time they saw me running in this area.

Then I ran around the area on the concrete road to the area behind the temple and ran around the Trang River for another 2 rounds. Today, I thought I had enough exercise for my body. I relaxed by walking back to the garden house.

When I got back to the garden house, the first thing I did was feed my mother breakfast.

Rice porridge and milk. Then I took my mother to take a bath. While I was preparing the bed sheet and clothes for my mother. Then I helped my husband bathe my mother. When I was done, I let my mother rest.

Watering the plants around the garden house

Then I sit down to write an article
