My Actifit Report Card: August 10 2025

Hello, my lovely friends.

πŸ™πŸ»β€οΈπŸƒπŸ»πŸ’•

I woke up feeling incredibly refreshed this morning. Last night's light rain made the air cool and comfortable, perfect for a workout. I couldn't resist rushing out to get some fresh air.
So this morning, I got ready for my workout. I started by dressing in comfortable, easy-going running clothes, putting on socks and my favorite shoes. Then, I warmed up by stretching in front of my house for about 10 minutes. My beloved cat snuggled up to me and sat by my side, cheering me on. It seemed to know I was going for a run, and he's my best friend every morning.
After warming up, I started running on the concrete road, my usual route. The air was beautiful. There were some neighborhood dogs playing and some running alongside. Today, I had two or three stray dogs running with me. Some were leading, some were following, and they seemed to be enjoying the morning run as well. I ran to the back of the temple in the village. Along the way, I saw gravel and sand from development in the village. A six-wheeled truck carrying rocks was passing by, showing the development taking place in our community. When I reached the river in the middle of the village, I took some photos and videos as souvenirs. Before running back, on the way back, I encountered an unexpected sight: a black and brown cuckoo bird lying in a pool of blood on the road. I didn't know the exact cause, but I couldn't help but feel sorry for it. I decided to place its lifeless body on the side of the road and cover it with leaves and grass as a final resting place.
As I continued running, I wondered how the bird died. It might have been hit by a car or some other cause. I tried to let those thoughts go and focus on running. However, my thoughts drifted to the natural beauty of the riverside. When I returned to the spot where I'd seen the bird, the thoughts returned. I tried not to dwell on the distractions and focused on my exercise routine until I finally completed my mission.

The White House

After running back to the White House, I quickly went into the kitchen to prepare my daughter's meal so she would be ready for the day. I then prepared breakfast for my mother. It didn't take long to feed her and take her to the bathroom and get dressed, completing my daily physical therapy routine. After my mother had rested, I continued caring for my pets. I fed my cat mackerel and cleaned the cage and fed my parrot every morning.

After completing my duties at home, I headed to the garden house to tend to the garden and various plants.

Garden House

A relaxing day in the garden with ducks, chickens, and their furry friends
On a bright holiday, my husband and I drove our trusty tricycle into the backyard, carrying the leftover pet food from the night before. We intended to give it to the plump ducks and chickens, who were eagerly awaiting their food.
Upon arriving at the garden, the first thing we did was water the brightly blooming plants and clean the large bird cage, which my husband had just installed a new motor for. After we finished tending to the plants and birds, we quickly fed the garden's pets: the birds, turtles, fish, and, of course, the flock of ducks and chickens, who were chirping as a welcome signal.
After finishing our garden duties, we drove back to our white house to relax and write about the wonderful stories of the day. Spending time in the garden with the pets we care for is a small joy that adds color and meaning to life.

For today, I must take my leave, my friends. Thank you for your continued support and encouragement. See you again soon.
