β˜€οΈ ## A Bright Start to the Day: Exercise for a Happy Holiday πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Hello, friends.
Greetings on a refreshing Sunday morning, another day off for many, and I'm taking this opportunity to kick off the day with a full workout. Today marks my fifth day of consistent exercise discipline. Although the weight loss may not be dramatic, the feeling I'm getting back is worth more than any number on the scale. My body is adjusting, I feel noticeably refreshed and energized, and my fatigue has greatly diminished. This is the simple joy of starting a new day.

A Morning Run with a Four-Legged Companion

I was originally planning to go for a morning run with my husband, but today, things had to change a bit. My husband had to leave early to attend a funeral, and my beloved dog, who usually runs, had to change his plans and go home early. So, I decided to go for a run alone, as planned. The morning air was perfect, with the sun shining brightly over the horizon. It was the perfect time to breathe in the fresh air and get some exercise to boost my fat burning and keep me going throughout the day.
But even though I went running alone, I wasn't lonely because a big four-legged friend in the area was running with me enthusiastically. This dog ran ahead and was always by my side, making me feel like I had my own personal bodyguard taking good care of me this morning. I couldn't help but grab my phone to capture beautiful photos and videos, both of myself and the sunrise, to preserve as memories.
Small achievements and refreshing rewards: The results of this morning's run were very satisfying. I ran over 5,000 meters, or 2-3 laps around the track, until I was covered in sweat and felt my body was truly stronger. I could run without feeling as weak as I did when I first started. After finishing my running lesson, I walked back to the restaurant to prepare my first cup of coffee. My husband arrived home shortly afterward, so we made another cup of coffee and sat down to enjoy it together.
Today we had a simple but satisfying breakfast: fragrant coffee, a few pastries, and avocado, a delicious, high-fat fruit. Relaxing at the dining table, chatting about my husband's experiences, allowed us to fully enjoy our time together. It was a small reward after a workout that made the day off a lot more enjoyable. From our conversation We concluded that we needed to prepare for a funeral in the market this afternoon. I decided that our restaurant would have to close earlier than usual this afternoon because we had to rush to the funeral. After clearing the table, I made sure to feed my mother breakfast and help her take a bath. Luckily, my husband's sister returned from Koh Phangan, so we were able to take care of her comfortably and quickly. Everyone is now preparing to open the restaurant this morning before closing and heading out on our afternoon missions. This is what a holiday is all about, full of self-discipline, spending time with family, and fulfilling social obligations. It may be hectic at times, but it's truly a day filled with happiness and meaning.
