My Actifit Report Card: September 12 2022

Lots of people tonight in the gym as this is the last day of the long weekend holiday so everyone is ready for exercise after stuffing themselves during the mid autumn festival and boy we have really work them out so tonight I stayed longer than usual and treaded the mill and worked my way going uphill instead of flat jogging .
