Your running area looks small, unlike on your other post. 🤔 That looks safer though, since you are able to avoid roads with vehicles. 🤓😏

This area is 1,6km and if I use the back of the field, it's a little over 2 kilometers per round. I think that's quite well for a cross area. !CTP

There's no way for me to tell where the back of the field is by just looking on the image on your post. 😅

Anyway, it reminds me about what you said that exercising with family and/or friends is more fun, regardless of the place! 🤗

It's absolutely more fun and definitely more motivation. I'm not sure that I would have been doing this if my children would not have been with me !LOL

It's a good thing that your children are willing to come with you during your exercise sessions! 🤗

Thanks for the !LOL! 😀

They're obliged !LOL
As long as I can I'll oblige them in combination with motivating them of course...

Maybe you can share how you "oblige" your children to join you in exercising, so that other parents can keep their children healthy and happy. 🤔🤗

Thanks for the !LOL! 😀

It's very simple, if they're not helping or not going out to do sports, they can also not play videogames or watch tv afterwards. !PIZZA !CTP

That's simple but not obvious. 😅 Anyway, that's a good motivation for them to exercise with you! 😏

Thanks for the !PIZZA and the !CTP! 😀

I hope I can keep motivating them like this for a while and I even hope more, that they find motivation theirselves. That is the main objective and the only way they will continue to do it...

It's indeed better that they find exercising by itself entertaining, rather than being "encouraged" (pressured) to do so through external means. 🤓

Anyway, do you mean "themselves" instead of theirselves? 🤔

Thanks for the !PIZZA and the !CTP! 😀

I try to make it a little more entertaining, but I know how difficult it is to feel entertained by just running (except of competitions); like I've mentioned before, I don't like to run "just for the fun of it" myself neither... !PIZZA !CTP

I would assume that what you mean is that you like running because of both its health benefits and fun it gives when done with other people. 🤓

Thanks for the !PIZZA and the !CTP! 😀
