First swim training with the children: July 15 2022

Since the children want to do an aquatlon at the end of the month, today was the first swim Tryout... 200m for my son and 550m for my daughter. #AliveAndThriving #alive

It actually did go well. I was quite surprised how far they could swim in a relatively relaxed and "easy" way. Today we've repeated in the sea, and also this was going well. 2 more weeks, and 3-4 times more swimming and they are supposed to make it :-) !LUV !CTP
